I wholeheartedly recommend Sara Fallahi for a position as a UX or UI designer. It was a pleasure to have her in my UX and UI courses in the CCS MFA program. She excels at turning complex, nuanced insights into effective design outcomes. As an advisor on her capstone project I was able to see her put into practice the research and design methods she learned in my courses her first year in the MFA program. Further, in the course of developing her thesis I was also pleased to see that she has an ability to preserve and maintain her own point of view and sensibility regarding the direction of a project when it is at its most complex and unwieldy stages. She was able to create a vision for where the project needed to go, and used the development process to not only stay true to that vision, but to also refine and improve it along the way. Sarah is also a great team player, but should never be underestimated when leadership is needed.In the course of her studies I saw many instances where she exerted a quiet and supportive form of leadership on team projects that helped her team push through decisions and stay on-track. During our time working together, Sara demonstrated the positive qualities of dedication, hard work, and perseverance.
